Peoplevox + 8returns
The integration connects the customer-facing return process with warehouse operations. Return requests from 8returns automatically create tasks in Peoplevox, so warehouse staff have the context they need – which items are coming back, why, and what to do with them.
When a return arrives at the warehouse, staff scan the package and match it to the pre-created task. They follow the inspection workflow, record the condition, and either restock the item or flag it for further review. The result syncs back to 8returns, which triggers the appropriate next step – refund, exchange, or customer notification.
This replaces the typical manual process where warehouse staff open return packages with no context, try to figure out which order they belong to, and manually update multiple systems.
