For deeper automation, you can connect 8returns to Gorgias through webhooks or Zapier. When 8returns fires a return event (registered, label created, arrived at warehouse, completed), that event can create or update a Gorgias ticket, add tags, or trigger macros. A customer asking "where's my refund?" can get an auto-response with the current return status before an agent even looks at it.
