Use the 8returns REST API with OAuth2 authentication to integrate returns management into any ecommerce platform or ERP-based shop.

Running your store on a custom platform like SAP Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or a proprietary solution? The 8returns REST API enables integration with virtually any system that stores order and customer data.

Simply select "Custom" as your shop backend during signup and use the API endpoint at `https://api.returnsportal.online/v1/orders` to push orders to 8returns. Your customers can then log in to the returns portal with their order number and initiate returns themselves. Use webhooks or GET endpoints to sync status updates back to your ERP or ecommerce platform.
